Since beginning her career, Nicole has spent more than a decade serving legal professionals across Western Massachusetts. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, she has continued to strengthen her skills through ongoing education, industry seminars, and active involvement in the court reporting profession. She is also a familiar face at Hampden County Bar Association events, where she regularly volunteers and supports the local legal community.
Over the years, Nicole has become an integral part of Accurate Court Reporting’s continued growth. In addition to her work as a court reporter, she has taken on an increasingly important role in the company’s operations, client experience, and long-term planning. Her promotion to Chief Operating Officer reflects both her leadership and her understanding of what clients need from their court reporting partner.
