Good Turnout at Blood Drive
Officials with the American Red Cross say they are pleased with the turnout for last months blood drive.
As people were coming back from their summer vacations and getting back into their busy work routines, it was uncertain what kind of response the blood drive would receive.
Fortunately, the outcome was good. According to American Red Cross Blood Drive Coordinator, Janet Tierney, 53 people attended the last month's drive, donating a total of 40 pints of blood.
The American Red Cross will return for their next blood drive at Tower Square on Thursday, November 8.
