Best Year of UNICEF Donations at Neighborhood Foods
Peter and Young Choi, owners of Neighborhood Foods, wish to extend their gratitude to their many customers who made donations to UNICEF at their store throughout the year.
This year donations topped previous years, with a total of $894.19. The Choi's have been collecting for UNICEF for more than ten years.
UNICEF is a non-profit organization that focuses on providing food for children in need around the world.
If you would like to make a contribution, you can stop by Neighborhood Foods and drop your check or cash and coins in the UNICEF collection box.
Valley Photo Center Invites Public to Holiday Gala
Great food! Terrific entertainment! Incredible photography! Valuable auction items! Your chance to support the arts! These are just some of the reasons why you won't want to miss the Valley Photo Center's Fouth Annual Holiday Gala and Silent Auction taking place on Thursday, December 6 from 6 - 8pm.
This event is not only a fundraiser for the Valley Photo Center, but it is also the opening reception for their newest exhibit, "The Places We Go", which is on display in the gallery until December 22. So bring your family, friends and co-workers to enjoy a special night of the arts and to kick off the holiday season.
